The office of the Sheriff Bfn West will conduct the sale with auctioneers CH de Wet and/or AJ Kruger and/or TI Khaudi

5   Advertensiegelde teen heersende publikasietariewe & verkopingkoste volgens Hofreëls, geld   Advertising costs at current publication tariffs & sale costs according court rules will apply.
6   ‘n Bieër moet in staat wees om onmiddellik ‘n 10% deposito en afslaerskommissie (maksimum R11 006.70) te betaal, om finale bekragtiging van ‘n bod te bekom.  Betaling kan geskied, hetsy by wyse van ‘n bankgewaarborgde tjek, of kontant, of telefoniese  oorplasing op eie risiko. 
Skriftelike kennis van betaling moet onmiddellik voorsien word. Tegniese probleme van welke aard ookal sal geen verskoning bied om onmiddellike, opvolgende veiling te verhoed nie.
NB.  Geen internet fasiliteite is beskikbaar vir elektroniese geldoorplasing nie;
